Capstone Foster Care Group has a long standing and highly trusted working arrangement with Pete and Fiona; they have become over the past 5 years an integral part of HR services.

From high level and complex advice and guidance to creating and delivering bespoke training to meet our growing organisation’s needs. I have found them to be both knowledgeable, supportive and above all having the levels or integrity and morality that matches our organisations.

Most recently Fiona created a specialist investigations and allegations training course for managers in our services that may be required to undertake such task as we branch out into other areas of health and social care working. The training met our needs perfectly, direct delivery, case studies, group working and self-reflection.

On a personal level when working with Pete and Fiona I have found that my level of skill, knowledge and practice has also developed. They work across many organisations and sectors and bring the real working experience that is so helpful.
